SMS Policy


1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to SUMMITS Inc. (“SUMMITS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This SMS Messaging Policy explains how we collect consent and deliver text message communications to users of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By opting in to receive SMS messages from SUMMITS, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

SMS communications are optional and are not required to use the SUMMITS Services.


2. SMS Program Description

SUMMITS provides transactional SMS notifications to keep users informed about order-related activity, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Pickup readiness notifications

  • Order status updates

SUMMITS does not send marketing or promotional text messages unless a user has separately provided explicit consent for such communications.


3. Opt-In Consent

SUMMITS collects SMS consent directly within the SUMMITS mobile application.

After placing an order, users are presented with an in-app opt-in prompt requesting permission to receive SMS order tracking and pickup notifications. Users must affirmatively select “Yes” to opt in before any SMS messages are sent.

Consent is not implied by account creation, purchase, or use of the Services.


4. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP request, SUMMITS will cease sending further SMS messages to that number, except as required for compliance purposes.

Users may also manage notification preferences through the SUMMITS application where available.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Most users receive between one (1) and three (3) transactional messages per order.


7. Fees & Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages


8. Privacy & Data Use

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to provide transactional notifications and related customer support.

SUMMITS does not sell or rent user phone numbers.

9. Changes to This Policy
